Each session will consist of:
- Hand Wraps (Adidas 2.5m stretchable)
- Suitable training clothes i.e. shorts & t-shirt or tracksuit and a warm coat to put on after stretching
- Suitable footwear i.e. trainers or boxing boots
- Skipping rope
- A bottle of water
Sessions are held Saturday morning which will run for 60 minutes. This will commence at 10AM prompt (please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for signing in). Unfortunately, at present spaces are limited to 10 students and per stage so if your child miss’s consecutive session their place may be offered to another student. Spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis so stay in touch with our media posts for the latest intakes. On handing in this form, your child will be added to the waiting list and you will be contacted as soon as a space becomes available.
Stage one requires the student to have a basic understanding of the correct stance & guard, lateral movement, and long-range attacking to the head and body. They will also need to exhibit a basic level of cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
